*Laptop auctions are most effective with less than 250 auction items*

 

 Full Event Planning

This service is completely customized based upon the needs of your event, but can include such things as 

venue logistics (food / beverage, AV needs, emcee / auctioneer contracts, general setup requirements),

mailing of Save the Date cards and/or Invitations, managing your RSVP database, development of event timeline,

managing your auction database, running all committee meetings, producing status reports for all committee members throughout the process and auction setup of items for event.
