Auction & Event Solutions is developed to give the non-profit community an auction trained team to increase their event revenue while decreasing their event workload. Our team has designed the processes to eliminate the bottlenecks at registration, cashiering and item pickup thus increasing your patron’s response to your event. In addition to running your registration, we also staff your event night to handle the closeout of the silent auction, tabulation of the live auction and/or paddle raiser, production of professional tax invoices, handling of all cashiering duties and item pickup management plus we can give you auction totals on-site to announce in your closing speeches. You also receive financial reports on-site that break your event down to the smallest detail eliminating 98% of your after event workload. Our services are guaranteed to give you the peace of mind that you are looking for in your events.

Robyn Broshears has been the owner of Auction & Event Solutions Arizona since its opening in September 2004. Robyn is originally from Minnesota "Go Vikings!" and moved to Arizona "Go Cardinals!" in 1992. She attended Arizona State University and was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority where she was introduced to non-profit organizations through countless hours of volunteering. She then went on to get her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. For six years prior to joining AES Arizona she was a Branch Manager for a large financial institution in the Valley and deepened her belief in exceptional customer service as being the key to a successful company. Through her experience and education Robyn has had the privilege of helping over 80 non-profit organizations build and maintain their fundraising events. Her proven ability in pre thru post event planning, streamlining event night processes and cost conscious awareness along with her motto "Attitude Equals Success" has helped to make AES Arizona a strong partner for the non-profit community.

Robyn is supported by over 25 professionally trained event staff. Each staff member goes through extensive training and development courses annually to stay abreast of the many possibilities that can be added to your event.
